“Create a connection with customers”
Renmans needed a new sustainable distribution concept for its retail business in Belgium. The customer briefing was really very strict and precise, especially in terms of hygiene and technical needs. Beyond these questions, our mission was to create a more friendly environment. We proposed a retail concept by creating a central bridge in the store to promote contact between Renmans employees and their customers; this central point is symbolized by “a big red bridge”. Furthermore, the use of wood also helps to make the atmosphere more warm and friendly.
