If you fill out the contact form on our website, we will store the data you have entered. We store your first name, last name, phone number, email address, message, IP address and sending time securely. This data is necessary to be able to communicate with you appropriately.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your first and last name as well as your email address are stored. We need this data to be able to send you the newsletter and share practical information, news, events and services. This data is retained until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
When you become a customer of Kalibre, we store a certain amount of additional information about you, such as your company name, contact details and billing data.
Your data is stored securely in our mail management system Mautic and our customer management system VTiger. These partners are also GDPR compliant.
For what purposes do we use your data?
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes: our customer management, sending you newsletters, to keep you informed of our activities and for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not collect or use information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Only Kalibre uses your data. We therefore do not share your data with third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
Kalibre will retain your personal data for up to one month after you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
