« The first Ethias Concept Offices »
The first “Ethias Office Concept” projects were carried out in Bruges and Wavre. It was a real pleasure to see the new concept come to life and the result was particularly successful. Ethias employees are not the only ones who are satisfied with the new interior concept because, in fact, the customer satisfaction factor has also improved significantly. After the first pilot offices, new offices were opened in Woluwe, Charleroi and Namur but also throughout Belgium. Integrating the new Ethias concept into the existing spaces/buildings was a real challenge. A very beautiful adventure! All colleagues in these offices are satisfied with the changes and Ethias customers are also very satisfied with our new customer approach.
