“A bank like an open house”
Crelan, the bank with the most friendly current approach and which still knows its customers by name, is, for us, a space as accessible as an open house. At Crelan, there are still real contacts who help you in an easily accessible space where you can enter without constraints. The banker adapts to you and your needs; there are several places to help you: from the most open space (central table or reception counter) to the completely private office (isolated meeting room or private offices). Inaddition, if necessary, a waiting area is offered to the visitor/customer to wait comfortably.
This beautiful project was born in collaboration with the branding agency “Today” which took care of the creation of a brand new graphic identity.
The Interior Architecture concept has been finalized and explained in a "guidebook" which includes all the basic principles and elements to create spaces faithful to the concept for all of Belgium. The implementation of this new concept is managed by the Crelan teams.
