“A ‘Branded’ Environment”
When Immotheker still was a stand-alone brand (now they’ve merged into Immotheker Finotheker), we designed their “Immotheker Academy”. Everyone who wanted to become an Immotheker franchisee had to learn the business in this Immotheker Academy. The idea behind the Academy’s interior concept was to “Immerse into the brand Immotheker” and therefore it was very important that the environment translated the brand’s values. The Academy was also a branded interior so future Immotheker franchisees could become familiar with the office concept. The Academy interior is a combination of multifunctional spaces, meeting points, flex desks, an open kitchen, a little bar, … The Academy was recently transformed into the new Immotheker Finotheker Office Concept.
